1. Free Shipping
NKartz offers free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required and no delivery charges will be added at checkout.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, and a separate dispatch notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Delivery timelines during public holidays may vary.
3. Standard Delivery
NKartz delivers to all cities and pin codes across India. Our standard delivery timeframe is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery during public holidays may take additional time. We appreciate your patience during such periods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via:
• Email — sent to the address provided at checkout
• WhatsApp — sent to the mobile number provided at checkout
Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you do not receive your tracking details after dispatch, please contact us.
5. Packaging
All NKartz products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items such as wall clocks, mirrors, and wall art are packed with foam, bubble wrap, and reinforced outer boxes.
Please retain all original packaging until you have fully inspected the product, as it is required in the event of a return or damage claim.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery at your address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• Ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing the order.
• If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will try again on the next business day.
• If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or visibly tampered with:
• Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged.
• Take photographs of the packaging and product immediately upon opening.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your photos.
We will investigate and provide a resolution — replacement or full refund — promptly. For shipments that appear lost, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
8. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at nkartz276@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97145 88000.
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect your order.
