At NKartz, refunds are processed fairly and quickly. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how it will be issued.

1. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
A refund will be issued in the following situations:
• Your product arrived damaged, broken, or defective — full refund, no deductions.
• A wrong product was delivered that does not match your order — full refund, no deductions.
• You returned a product due to décor mismatch within 3 days — refund after freight deduction.
• Your order was cancelled within 24 hours of placement before dispatch — full refund.
Refund requests are only processed after a return has been approved. Please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility and evidence requirements.
2. Full Refund — Damaged or Wrong Product
If your product arrived damaged or was incorrectly dispatched, you will receive a full refund to your original payment source. No shipping or handling charges will be deducted.
Evidence required: clear photos and a short unboxing video submitted within 3 days of delivery.
3. Partial Refund — Décor Mismatch Returns
If you return a product because it does not suit your décor, the refund will be processed after deducting a return freight charge based on your order value. Please refer to the Return Policy for the freight charge table.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your returned product has been received at our warehouse and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking, wallet): Refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
• Store Credits: If you prefer store credits instead of a cash refund, they will be issued with no expiry date and can be used on all future NKartz purchases.
Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing, depending on your bank.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.
Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for a direct refund. They will be treated as a return once the product is received back at our warehouse.
6. Refunds Not Applicable
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Return request raised after 3 days of delivery.
• Product returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
• No photo or video evidence provided within 3 days of delivery.
• Product has been used, installed, or altered after delivery.
• Minor handmade variations in texture, colour, or finish — these are not defects.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
1. Raise a return request within 3 days by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with photos and video.
2. Our team reviews your request within 2–3 business days and approves or declines.
3. If approved, a reverse pick-up is arranged. The product is returned to our warehouse.
4. Once received and inspected, the refund is initiated within 2–3 business days.
5. Refund reflects in your account within 5–7 business days total from the date of inspection.
